City+Ventures’ Partner Companies Achieve Record Growth
OMAHA, Neb. (AUGUST 16, 2021) – In their first appearances, Rocket Carwash and 88 Tactical, both in City+Ventures’ family of companies, were named to the annual Inc. 5000 list for 2021. Rocket claimed the No. 1,465 spot with a three-year revenue growth of 323%, while 88 Tactical ranked No. 1,675 with a 273% growth rate. These successes place both on the elite list of the fastest-growing privately-held companies in the nation.
Inc. Magazine’s distinguished list ranks companies by percentage growth of their annual revenue over a three-year period. Through strategic growth based on acquisition and new builds, Rocket Carwash locked in a growth rate of 273% from 2017 to 2020. With nine locations in three states open as of August 2021, Rocket is projected to open a total of 200 locations across nine states by 2023.

In the last two years, 88 Tactical has more than doubled its number of members and tripled its monthly membership revenue. Like Rocket Carwash, 88 Tactical’s growth shows no signs of slowing. The Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony for 88 Tactical’s expansion project on September 16, 2021. The expansion will increase the facility’s square footage from 27,000 to approximately 60,000, adding 20 more shooting lanes, a member-only sports bar and outdoor recreation area. The outdoor area will include a year-round synthetic skating rink and a greenspace for live music and other entertainment.
