Danny White

Danny is highly skilled at sourcing deals and collaborating with partners. With his ability to successfully connect the operations and financials of companies, he in turn builds solid and lasting business relationships. Danny has individually acquired a diverse portfolio that includes ventures in car dealerships, car washes, aviation, mixed-use development, and certified tactical training as well as commercial and residential properties.
Danny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Skidmore College in New York. His competitive athletic background laid the foundation for his transition into business and real estate. Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Danny played ice hockey in both the U.S. and Europe, and is notably a member of the New York Hockey Hall of Fame. He also led the NCAA Division III in goal scoring and played three years professionally in Europe.
Chris Erickson
Co-Founder and Co-Owner

Chris has extensive experience in real estate acquisition, finance, due diligence, building design, and construction. His experience with urban planning, entitlements, and master planning also serve him well with City+Ventures. Through his work with City+Ventures, and prior appointments in leadership roles for companies in the development industry, Chris has worked on projects valued in excess of a billion dollars. Although his sweet-spot is on the real-estate side of the company, Chris is also well versed in starting and managing operating businesses.
Chris is also active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for inCommon Community Development and the Benson Business Improvement District Board. In 2014, he was named a Midlands Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 for his leadership in growing City+Ventures’ development and real estate portfolio. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, is a Professional Engineer, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
