Mr. White is jointly responsible for the acquisition, development, and management of City Ventures assets and businesses. In addition to his work at City Ventures, he is the managing partner for many additional business and real estate ventures spanning from the Midwest to the East Coast. His portfolio includes BMW, Mini Cooper, and Audi dealerships, a full service car wash/lube chain, an ice rink, restaurants, as well as commercial and residential properties.
Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. White played ice hockey in both the U.S. and Europe, and notably is a member of the New York Hockey Hall of Fame. He also lead the NCAA Div III in goal scoring, played three years professionally in Europe and and is currently a civilian member of the New York State Police Department Hockey Team. He holds a B.S. in Business from Skidmore College, New York.
Mr. Erickson is jointly responsible for the acquisition, development, and management of City Ventures assets and businesses. He has extensive experience in real estate acquisition, finance, due diligence, building design and construction as well as urban planning, entitlements, and master planning in addition to starting and managing operating businesses.
Both through his work at City Ventures, and prior appointments in leadership roles for companies in the development industry from the real estate development to design / consulting to construction, he has worked on projects valued in excess of a billion dollars.
Mr. Erickson is also active in the community by serving on the Board of Directors for inCommon Community Development and by volunteering his time and experience helping local foundations and non-profits with their real estate challenges. In 2014, Mr. Erickson was named a Midlands Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 for his leadership in growing City Ventures’ development & real estate portfolio. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, is a Professional Engineer, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
